What is the warranty policy on Eclat BMX frames and parts?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all aftermarket frames, forks, and handlebars. Wear and tear items like tires, grips, and brake pads are not covered.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing times. All shipments include a tracking number sent via email.
Which bottom bracket size do Eclat cranks use?
Most Eclat cranks are designed for Mid BB shells. Please check the specific product page for spindle diameter requirements, as we offer both 22mm and 24mm options.
Can I return a part if it has been installed on my bike?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Once a part has been mounted or shows signs of tool marks, it cannot be returned.
